La somma era la differenza tra il prezzo ufficiale e quello effettivo di una compravendita immobiliare francese.
Il compratore aveva depositato sul conto di una banca svizzera la somma a saldo del prezzo del complesso immobiliare, naturalmente senza far figurare questo ulteriore pagamento nell'atto pubblico di compravendita.
